This is one of the best kept secrets on the East Coast. Located across the bay from Chincoteague, Virginia. This growing community has many fine amenities including security that patrols the entire complex. Here you will find golf, tennis, fishing, crabbing, swimming, and much more.
A short 20 minute ride will take you to Chincoteague, add another 5 to 10 minutes and you are on Assateague Island where the famous ponies roam.
For the faster pace you can be in Ocean City, Maryland in about 30 minutes. During the winter, migrating ducks, geese and swans come by the tens of thousands to settle in. This is a bird watchers paradise.

- Summerbration Returns
"Summerbration" returns on July 5, 2008. Come join us at The Cove Commons for food, games, entertainment, and a great fireworks display after sunset. Many of you have attended before, but for those new to the community, you can't miss our annual celebration of summer, which provides a good time for people of all ages. Lollipop the clown, kids games, bounce rides, and the fire prevention trailer will be found at one end of the site, while at the other, The Rhondels will crank out the tunes (by the new dance floor) that the parents and grandparents all know and love.
