Captain's Cove Golf & Yacht Club

The “Amenity Lot” program offers Members and non-residents of Captain’s Cove Golf & Yacht Club, Inc. the opportunity to purchase  properties from a list maintained by the Association. These properties are available “As Is” for $200 (plus closing costs) and are ideal for individuals or families who wish to benefit from the amenity access granted by lot ownership.

The Association provides this list of available properties to interested individuals but does not offer any warranty or guarantee regarding the quality or buildability of the lots. Prospective buyers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before making a purchase. These lots are also not eligible for participation in the “Lot Swap” program for unbuildable lots.
