Processing your deed paperwork and account information generally takes 2-3 weeks after settlement. Once this has been processed, you may see the Marina Club receptionist to have your member ID cards created. In the meantime, you may bring a photo ID and your deed paperwork to the receptionist to have a temporary pass issued.

Mailboxes are located near the front entrance and at the Town Center. You will need to contact the New Church, VA, Post Office to be issued a mailbox and key. You can reach them at 757.824.5418.

Yes, all architectural and structural changes (including but not limited to: changing/adding driveways, fences, roofing, siding, and outbuildings/sheds) require an Environmental Control Committee Modification Application and subsequent materials (site plans, materials list, architectural drawings, pictures) to be reviewed and approved by the ECC.
