Davis Disposal currently offers curbside trash pickup in Captain’s Cove. You can reach them at 757.442.7979. You may also bring your trash to the Horntown Convenience Center located at 5536 Fleming Mill Road.

Processing your deed paperwork and account information generally takes 2-3 weeks after settlement. Once this has been processed, you may see the Marina Club receptionist to have your member ID cards created. In the meantime, you may bring a photo ID and your deed paperwork to the receptionist to have a temporary pass issued.

Mailboxes are located near the front entrance and at the Town Center. You will need to contact the New Church, VA, Post Office to be issued a mailbox and key. You can reach them at 757.824.5418.

The Accomack County Tax Map is the best way to find contact information for your neighbors. It’s free to use and can be found at Accomack.MapsDirect.net.

Yes, all architectural and structural changes (including but not limited to: changing/adding driveways, fences, roofing, siding, and outbuildings/sheds) require an Environmental Control Committee Modification Application and subsequent materials (site plans, materials list, architectural drawings, pictures) to be reviewed and approved by the ECC. If you would like to order a disclosure packet, please provide me with the last name of the current lot number and the section and lot number of the property. Unfortunately, we cannot use the house number of the property, as our system only tracks the section and lot number.

Additionally, I will need a check for $75 made payable to Captain’s Cove Golf & Yacht Club with the section and lot number written on the memo line as well as “Disclosure Packet.” To speed up the process, it is appreciated if you can take a picture of the check (or scan it) and send it to me at jwilder@catpscove.com.

Or, alternatively, you may drop the check off at Marina Club receptionist located at 3323 Dock Court. The property owner may also pay for the packet online through the member portal: https://captscove.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in

Unfortunately, we cannot accept other forms of payment at this time. Disclosure packets are generally sent electronically 2-3 business days after receiving the check. If you would like a printed form of the packet, that can also be arranged, however generally this takes 7-10 business days to have printed out and must be picked up at our office.
