Colby Phillips, CMAA, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, LSM, has served as the Senior General Manager of Captain’s Cove Golf & Yacht Club in Greenbackville, Virginia, since 2021, where she provides strategic leadership to the award-winning multifaceted community. In this role, Colby oversees daily operations across all amenities and operations, including golf, food and beverage, and recreation, while working closely with the Board of Directors, Members, and her team.
As the proud mother of two daughters, Colby balances her professional responsibilities with a strong commitment to family. With over 14 years of large-scale management experience, she continues to inspire those around her through her leadership, warmth, and unwavering dedication to making a positive impact.
Colby’s dedication extends beyond her professional accomplishments. She has been a valued member of the Ocean City Beach Patrol for over 30 years, reflecting her deep commitment to public safety and community service. Her favorite holiday is Christmas, and each year she helps Santa by mailing out letters to more than 1,000 children—a tradition that brings her immense joy and connects her to families throughout the region.
